Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Reservations

Bookings for all fales are always “ON REQUEST” and will be confirmed or otherwise within 2 working days.
Please advise arrival and departure details at time of booking the accommodation.

Confirmations

A written confirmation will be provided by Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa reservations department.
Reservations for travel within 30 days will be confirmed, cancellations must be made within 4 working days after confirmation otherwise the normal cancellation penalties will be incurred.

Payment Schedule

A 50% deposit will be required at time of reservation in order to secure your booking.
Late Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of the clients arrival are payable immediately.
Any other arrangements regarding payment must be agreed to by the resort and is subject to a separate signed agreement.

Should any client wish to pay by direct credit transfer, details of the bank account is available from the resort. Credit Card facilities are also available – contact the resort for details.

Samoan Government Tax

All rates are exclusive of 15% government tax. Please add the applicable tax to all rates.

Rates Subject to Change

The resort reserves the right to adjust rates for events beyond the control of the resort’s management: i.e. changes in Samoan government tax (currently set at 15% as at July 2009) or exchange rates if same is raised / lowered by the actions of any government.
