Legal Requirements

For a legal wedding in Samoa, the following requirements must be fulfilled.

• A minimum of 3 days residency in Samoa
• Copy of Birth certificates
• Copy of Front page of your passports
• A decree absolute if either of the wedding couple has been previously married

Please download the notice of intended marriage form and return to us for processing (via fax or mail) at least 14 days prior to the marriage.
